About
William T. Bly, a former US Army member, shares his journey from military service to becoming a successful criminal defense lawyer in Kennebunk, Maine.
Before returning to college at the age of 27, William T. Bly served in the US Army, with deployments in Korea, Saudi Arabia, and Ft. Banning, GA as a Cavalry Scout (19D). He climbed the ranks through his service and applied to OCA for officer training. Unfortunately, a serious injury prevented him from completing the training, leading to an Honorable Discharge from the Army.
Since graduating from law school, William T. Bly has focused solely on criminal defense. He has extensive trial experience and is a graduate of the Spence Trial Lawyer College (2016), a rigorous 23-day trial practice course in Dubois, Wyoming. Following this, he completed the Grad 1 program in 2017, honing his advanced trial advocacy skills.
In his free time, William T. Bly enjoys fly fishing and skiing, often pursuing these passions in Maine and beyond. His dedication to his clients and his commitment to justice make him a respected figure in the legal community.
