A trial lawyer since 1998, Tom Mulroy joined Salvi, Schostok & Pritchard P.C. in January of 2018. With over two decades of experience, Tom has a deep understanding of conducting trials by jury on behalf of defendants in negligence cases. His background provides him with insight into the strategies and tactics used by opponents, making him a valuable asset to the firm. Notably, Tom has never lost a single trial during his time as a defense trial lawyer. In addition to his trial experience, Tom has been appointed as lead trial lawyer in over a dozen multi-million dollar negligence cases. He also has expertise in litigating cases involving advanced medical device technology and medical software engineering across various states in the country. Tom\s educational background includes attending the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and law school at the Loyola School of Law, where he graduated with honors. O’Brien and the Hon. William D. Maddux.
