A tragic ATV accident involving his father at a young age inspired Taylor to pursue a career in law to help families impacted by injuries. Growing up along the White River, Taylor developed a love for nature and outdoor activities like fishing and hunting. He also gained valuable work experience at a young age by helping his grandparents around their cabin and working in the melon fields of Owensville, Indiana at just thirteen years old. In high school, Taylor completed the Building Trades program at Gibson Southern High School and obtained his OSHA 30 certification, gaining specialized experience in the construction industry. After graduating from the University of Southern Indiana with a bachelor\s degree in Business Management, Taylor interned at the Warrick County Prosecutor\s Office. He then pursued his legal education at Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he was actively involved in bringing an expungement and sealing clinic to the school and won the Pro Bono Idea Competition. Taylor later transferred to Indiana University McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis to be closer to his family. During his time at McKinney, he worked as a law clerk at Ladendorf Law and upon graduation, he was offered a full-time position as an Associate Lawyer. Taylor is licensed to practice in all Indiana Courts as well as the Northern and Southern Districts of the United States District Courts of Indiana. Outside of his legal career, Taylor resides in Speedway with his wife, Rachal, and their two dogs, Enzo and Tesla. He enjoys fishing, wood-working, and playing recreational sports in his free time.
