T. Michael Flinn is a dedicated consumer lawyer with over twenty-five years of trial experience in Carroll County and the West Georgia area. He specializes in auto fraud, lemon car claims, personal injury claims, and protecting children in deprivation cases. Born and raised in Carroll County, Michael is committed to serving his community and upholding the highest standards of honesty and integrity in his legal practice. Michael Flinn has a strong background in trial law, having personally tried hundreds of cases before the State and Federal Courts of Georgia. He has a passion for representing consumers in legal matters, including auto fraud and lemon car claims, as well as personal injury cases. In addition, Michael has spent the last decade as a Special Assistant Lawyer General, advocating for the interests of the State and the County in protecting children in deprivation cases. Prior to his current role, Michael served as the Carroll County Public Defender for eleven years, gaining valuable experience in criminal defense and advocacy. He has also dedicated his time to pro bono legal work for the Georgia Legal Services Program, particularly in representing women in domestic violence divorces who could not afford an attorney. Michael's commitment to his community extends beyond his legal practice. He is actively involved in various community organizations, including serving as a volunteer soccer coach for over 17 years and being recognized as Athletic Volunteer of the Year in 1997. He is also a member of Carrollton First United Methodist Church and has served in leadership roles in organizations such as the Carrollton Jaycees and the Oak Mountain Academy Board of Trustees.
