About
Susan K. Morath is a dedicated lawyer in Boulder, Colorado, with a background in New England and the United Kingdom. She provides hands-on help and problem-solving for clients in various legal matters. No one really wants to have to hire a lawyer. Often we are called upon to serve at life\s worst moments - where the client is generally encountering some kind of threat to self, family, home, or livelihood. Other times a client might simply have anxiety about a new business venture or investment, or entering into an important contract, and wants to make sure it is done right. At such stressful times, my approach to my practice is, purely and simply, to be a hands-on helper and problem solver for my clients - many of whom have come back to me multiple times, remembering the attentive, personal, and cost-effective service I provide. I was born and mostly raised in Colorado, but have a background in New England, and also the United Kingdom. I received my bachelor\s degree from Boston College, and my law degree from the University of Denver. I began my career with a large Denver law office, later moving into non-profit and public interest work, and ultimately forming my own firm in the late 1990s. In 2010, I qualified to practice law in England and Wales, primarily to assist with international estate and property issues.
