Active in various legal associations, Mr. Threet is a member of the Real Estate, Bankruptcy, and Estate Planning Sections of the Arizona Bar Association. He has also been involved in the Maricopa County Bar Association, serving as an ex officio member of the Board of Directors. Additionally, he completed his second term as president of the East Valley Bar Association and has been a board member since 1995. Mr. Threet has appeared before the White Mountain Apache Tribal Court and the San Carlos Apache Tribal Court multiple times. He has extensive experience in trial and appellate work, including bankruptcy litigation matters, and has participated in proceedings before State and Federal Agencies, the American Arbitration Association, and court-appointed arbitrators and mediators. He has also served as a court-appointed arbitrator for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
