Throughout his career, Mr. Daum has gained experience in various intricate legal matters, including federal class action cases and those designated as "Exceptional Cases" by the North Carolina Courts. Currently, he concentrates his practice on representing clients across North Carolina in eminent domain, condemnation, and related complex litigation cases. Mr. Daum obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of North Carolina, where he graduated with honors. During law school, he excelled as a law journal editor, a member of the National Moot Court team, and an active participant in the Civil Legal Assistance Clinic. He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and is an inactive member of the District of Columbia Bar.
