  The Edgett Law Office offers a free 30 minute telephone consultation on all legal matters (Criminal, Personal Injury, and Family Law). Thereafter, if requested, a free live in person or Zoom 60 minute consultation is available for all Criminal and Personal Injury matters. All Family Law in person or Zoom consultations will be charged a $200 up front consultation fee that will be applied towards any attorney s fees retainer if hired.

  On all Personal Injury matters, we do not charge any attorney s fees unless we recover money for you. All attorney s fees will be paid on a contingency basis from any civil recovery. No up front fees or costs for the client need to be paid.
• Retaines and Rates
  Discounted fees for payment in full and payment plans are available. The Edgett Law Office has partnered with Affirm to offer "Client Credit" to allow a client to pay their attorneys fees over an extended period of time, with approved credit.
