He has received numerous accolades for his legal abilities and ethical standards. Scott Ballenger Campbell is a seasoned civil litigator with over 30 years of experience in the field. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including individuals, corporations, partnerships, trustees, and executors. His practice covers a wide array of legal issues, such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, will and trust contests, business torts, and trade secrets.
