Rod Armande is a dedicated lawyer in Los Angeles, California, specializing in immigration and personal injury law. I am a 2009 graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in World History, and a 2016 graduate of Western State College of Law with a J.D. Since 2015, I have been actively involved in helping undocumented immigrants obtain legal status and preventing the deportation of many individuals. My journey in immigration law began during my time in law school, where I participated in my school's Immigration Clinic as a Student Lawyer. This experience led me to secure an internship with Community Lawyers in the Summer of 2015. Following my internship, I worked in various immigration law offices as a paralegal and later as an Associate Lawyer. In January 2023, I established my own law office, expanding my practice to include personal injury law. My primary focus now is on family-based immigration, handling green card applications for spouses, children, and parents of US citizens and Legal Permanent Residents, fiancé visas, and consular processes for individuals immigrating from abroad. Additionally, my personal injury practice specializes in car and automobile accidents. As the son of immigrants and a first-generation U.S. citizen, I am deeply connected to the immigrant community and understand the challenges they face. I am the first person in my immediate family to graduate from high school, university, and law school, and the first attorney. I recognize the importance of legal status in improving one's life and believe that with informed decisions and hard work, anyone can achieve their version of the American Dream.
