In addition to his state licenses, Robert W. Pinard is also admitted to practice before the USA District Court for the District of New Jersey, as well as the USA District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Robert W. Pinard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Villanova University in 2001 before pursuing his Doctor of Jurisprudence at New York Law School, in which he graduated in 2004. During his time in law faculty, Mr. Pinard clerked for Kings County Supreme Court Justice Muriel S. Hubsher. He was also a member of the New York Law School Moot Court Association and acquired the celebrated Morris Orland Award for Excellence in Writing and Oral Advocacy.

Active in the legal community, Robert W. Pinard is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Mercer County Bar Association.
