Ben Middleton is a diligent and passionate criminal defense lawyer based in Rockville, Maryland. With a strong drive to represent individuals from all walks of life, Ben\s passion for justice shines through in his work. Growing up in a multi-generational family of lawyers, Ben\s interest in law was sparked at a young age. However, it was during his time competing nationally with the University of Baltimore School of Law’s mock trial team that his passion fully bloomed.

After graduating from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015, where he specialized in litigation, Ben began his legal career as a litigation attorney in Lutherville, MD. In this role, he represented defendants charged with a range of offenses, including assault, domestic violence, and wire fraud. Ben believes in thoughtfully crafting a solid defense for his clients, utilizing his knowledge, experience, and personal investment to achieve the best possible outcome.

In addition to his legal work, Ben is actively involved in various professional associations, including the Baltimore County Bar Association, the Maryland Criminal Defense Lawyer Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, and the Maryland State Bar Association. His commitment to justice and his compassion for his clients make him a strong advocate in the courtroom.

Outside of his legal practice, Ben enjoys living in Baltimore County, MD, where he spends time outdoors, supports the Orioles and Ravens, listens to live music, and vacations in Ocean City and the Outer Banks. He also gives back to his community by volunteering annually with the Marine Toys for Tots program, providing toys to disadvantaged children in the Baltimore area.
