With 20 years of experience practicing law in the Tampa Bay area, Richard Alexander has a strong background in both civil and criminal law. Following his undergraduate studies, he attended the Mercer School of Law and obtained his law degree in 1996. He prosecuted numerous trials, motions, and evidentiary hearings, and prepared the testimony of countless witnesses, victims, and law enforcement officers. In 2004, Richard Alexander established his own law office focusing on civil and criminal law. He currently partners with a major Bay area personal injury firm. Throughout his career, he has completed numerous seminars in DUI law and has been a featured speaker on the topic in Tampa and Palm Beach. He has also published articles on criminal and civil law. Since 2001, Richard Alexander has been a professor at the University of Phoenix, teaching courses in Law, Political Science, Humanities, History, and Criminal Justice. He recently accepted an adjunct professorship at Everglades University, where he teaches Contracts and Ethics.
