Paul Mark Rosner is an experienced insurance lawyer in Seattle, Washington with a background in property and casualty claims. He is known for his expertise in insurance coverage and bad faith issues. I started my insurance career in 1989 as a casualty adjuster for Farmers Insurance. Over the years, I gained extensive experience in property and casualty claims, working for companies like 21st Century Insurance and SAFECO. In 2005, I graduated with a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law, where I excelled as the Lead Articles Editor for the law review. I also obtained my CPCU designation in 2008 and currently hold the position of Vice President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the CPCU Society. I have co-authored chapters for various publications, including the Washington Motor Vehicle Accident Insurance Deskbook and the upcoming edition of "Insurance Bad Faith: A Compendium of State Law." I frequently speak at events for attorneys and insurance professional organizations. Additionally, I regularly contribute to the Soha & Lang Coverage Blawg. Outside of my legal work, I enjoy spending time with my family and engaging in outdoor activities like running, hiking, camping, and mountain biking.
