Paul H. Deese is a highly experienced lawyer based in Irvine, California. With a background in commercial and business litigation, Paul has successfully represented clients in a wide range of legal matters. A native of Southern California, Paul graduated cum laude from Chapman University where he pitched for Chapman’s World Series baseball team. He then attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he excelled in Mock Trial and ADR competitions, winning numerous top advocate awards. Paul gained valuable courtroom experience while externing with the United States Lawyer’s Office and the Orange County and Riverside County District Lawyer’s offices. After receiving his law degree, Paul moved to Chicago, IL, where he gained significant trial experience representing clients in all phases of litigation. He handled multimillion dollar disputes in both state and federal courts, as well as with the United States Court of Appeals. In 2018, Paul returned to Orange County, CA, and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Managing Partner and chair of the litigation department at a midsized law office. He oversaw hundreds of litigation cases, taking numerous cases to trial or arbitration. In 2023, Paul and his business partner formed a new law office to better serve their clients and ensure a top-tier experience. Paul has experience in all aspects of commercial and business litigation, successfully representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial. He is also a certified mediator and has mediated dozens of disputes.
