Nicole Crites began her legal career with a passion for serving families and children in tough times. From her early days in high school to her current practice in Atlanta, Nicole has shown a commitment to justice and advocacy. Nicole Crites embarked on her legal journey during high school, participating in Volusia County\s Teen Court Program. As a teen prosecutor, she was recognized as Prosecutor of the Year for her dedication to juvenile defendants with minor criminal charges. This early experience set the stage for Nicole\s future in law. Continuing her commitment to service, Nicole became a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for Alachua County as an adult. Even before starting law school, she gained valuable experience in court appearances, communication with judges, and advocating for the best interests of children. These experiences solidified Nicole\s passion for helping families in need. Nicole earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 2011 and later obtained her JD from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. During law school, she honed her skills in the prosecution clinic and worked in the Domestic Violence Unit, seeking justice and safety for victims of domestic violence. After practicing in domestic relations law in Florida, Nicole decided to move closer to her family in Atlanta. She continued her work in domestic relations law, handling complex cases involving trusts, businesses, child custody, and asset division. Nicole believes in a collaborative approach to resolving issues for the benefit of children, but she is also prepared to advocate assertively in the courtroom when necessary. Nicole Crites is a dedicated lawyer who brings passion and expertise to her practice in Atlanta, serving families and children with compassion and determination.
