Retaines and Rates
My practice is flat-fee based with two annualized retainer options: 1) Unlimited emails and phone calls with a 48 hour or less response time - $500.00 per year. 2) Unlimited emails, phone calls and in-person consultations with a same day response time - $1,000.00 per year. Drafting Fees range from $150 on the low end (form NDAs, etc.) to a maximum of $750 for one-off original documents.
