Born and raised in central Illinois, Mr. Rossi comes from a family of professionals, with two physician brothers and two attorney sisters. After successfully arguing for bond before the Arlington Immigration Court, he decided to specialize in immigration law. He regularly appears before Immigration Courts in Arlington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Atlanta, as well as USCIS offices in Arlington and Baltimore. He is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
