Michael D. Kennedy, a partner at The White Law Group, is a dedicated member of the Illinois and Chicago Bar Associations, as well as the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association (PIABA). PIABA is an association of securities attorneys who focus on representing investors who have been defrauded by their financial professionals or brokerage firms.

Mike\s primary focus is on representing defrauded investors in arbitration cases before FINRA in order to recover their investment losses. Throughout his time at The White Law Group, Mike has successfully represented over 350 investors in FINRA arbitration claims, state court proceedings, and other arbitration forums. His extensive experience has provided him with a deep understanding of the laws and regulations governing the securities industry and its responsibilities to the investing public.

His cases have covered a wide range of claims, including unsuitable investment recommendations, negligence, fraud, failure to supervise, breach of fiduciary duty, and failure to conduct adequate due diligence before recommending an investment product to the public. While his main focus is on securities claims, Mike also has experience in commercial litigation, personal injury law, landlord-tenant disputes, and collections cases.

Michael Kennedy graduated from the University of South Carolina and later from DePaul University College of Law, where he also earned his Certificate in Business Law. Before pursuing his legal career, Mr. Kennedy worked as a teacher. He takes pride in helping clients of The White Law Group understand their cases and keeping them informed throughout the legal process, empowering them to make informed decisions about their cases.
