Mrs. Roudabush, a Senior Partner at R & S Law Group, LLP, is dedicated to assisting her clients in finding peaceful and long-term solutions to their legal issues. With a background in private practice, she has focused on helping families navigate through legal challenges. Her experience includes serving as a Managing Lawyer in a busy family law practice, as well as working with clients in probate law, civil litigation, intellectual property, tax, and international criminal law.

Melissa Roudabush obtained her J.D. from UCLA in 2004 and her B.A. in Sociology and Women's Studies from Albion College in Albion, Michigan. She was recognized for her excellence in trial practice with the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) Excellence in Preparation for Trial Practice Award during her time in law school. Additionally, Mrs. Roudabush has volunteered at Bet Tzedek Legal Services and HIV/AIDS Legal Services Alliance, assisting clients with government benefits, employment discrimination, and estate planning.

Mrs. Roudabush is admitted to practice in all state courts of California and the United States District Court for the Central District. She has appeared in courts throughout Southern California, advocating for her clients' best interests. Outside of work, Melissa Roudabush enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
