She later moved to Pond Lehocky Stern Giordano in 2010, where she continues to exclusively practice Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation Law. By 2012, Melissa had earned the title of Senior Associate at Pond Lehocky and now serves as the Manager of the Brief Writing Department. In this role, she oversees all operations related to brief writing, trains new associates, assigns briefs, and ensures their completion.
Melissa is licensed to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She is an active member of various legal associations, including the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. Melissa is also a contributing writer for the ‘Case Notes’ section of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice’s publication PAJ News. Since 2010, she has been recognized on the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list.
