About
Matthew Weidinger is a lawyer based in Denver, Colorado with a diverse background in law and a passion for justice.
After completing his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a double major (B.A.) in Political Science and Philosophy, Matthew moved to Pennsylvania to obtain his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Penn State Dickenson School of Law. While at Penn State, Matthew was published internationally on matters of national sovereignty and UN agreements.
Matthew returned to Colorado and went to work for the 21st Judicial District Lawyer’s Office in Mesa County, where he tried over a dozen cases in the time he spent there. Matthew’s trial experience includes the successful prosecution of charges ranging from DUI to domestic violence assault.
Matthew moved back to the Front Range, and transitioned to private practice, focusing on Personal Injury matters arising from Car Accidents, Semi Truck Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Slip and Falls, Brain Injuries, and Spinal Cord Injuries. He is licensed to practice in both state and federal court in Colorado.
Before becoming an attorney, Matthew helped found a local chapter of the Student Anti-Genocide Coalition (STAND) to raise awareness about international human rights abuses. He also participated in the Model United Nations, and traveled to Canada for international competition. Matthew still enjoys the mountain wilderness of Colorado, and can often be found hiking the Rockies with his loving wife and their adventurous little daughter.
