From 1997-2005, Matthew Grupp worked as a Senior Tax Manager in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He earned a B.A. in Classical Languages (Greek and Latin) and Philosophy from the University of Montana, a J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the New York University School of Law.
