I understand these feelings and concerns. Unfortunately, they are far too often justified. Before I became a lawyer I had occasion to hire attorneys in my business. I also worried about their commitment to my case and the fees they charged. This experience shaped my philosophy on the practice of law. In my practice, I believe my client and I are partners. We share the same goals and we work together to achieve these goals.
