Mark Beller is a highly experienced criminal defense lawyer based in Scottsdale, Arizona. With a background as a former Prosecutor with both the City of Scottsdale and The Maricopa County Lawyer's Office, he has spent his entire career practicing criminal law.
Mr. Beller is a graduate of The University of Arizona and received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law. During his time in school, he gained valuable experience working as an intern for the Maricopa County Prosecutor’s Office and the Pima County Public Defender’s Office.
After being admitted to the Arizona Bar, Mr. Beller worked for five years as a Deputy County Lawyer with the Maricopa County Lawyer’s Office. During his time there, he served in several trial divisions and also took on the role of a mentor, supervising and training new prosecutors.
Following his time at the MCAO, Mr. Beller served as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Scottsdale. During his six years in this role, he focused on driving under the influence cases, as well as specialized areas such as juvenile law, commercial trucking enforcement, and retail liquor law violations.
