Giammona graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1998, after earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science magna cum laude from the same university. Following her graduation, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Randolph M. Subryan, J.S.C. in the Family Part in Passaic County from September 1998 to August 1999. She was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1998 and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in the same year. Since completing her clerkship, Ms. Giammona has focused her legal practice on divorce and family law, as well as gaining valuable experience in school law and real estate transactions. Throughout her career, she has worked with various boutique family law offices before establishing her own practice in 2018. In 2019, Ms. Giammona returned to her political science roots and ran for Freeholder of Passaic County after accepting her nomination for the position. She is an active member of the Passaic County Bar Association and volunteers for the Early Settlement Panel Program in Essex, Passaic, Morris, and Sussex Counties. Additionally, she has volunteered her time for the Passaic County Guardianship Monitoring Program and has been appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on the District XI Lawyer Ethics Committee.
