Learn more about Luke Wagner, a lawyer based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, his background, education, and legal practice. Luke Wagner is a dedicated lawyer based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, with a strong passion for helping his clients navigate the legal system. Born in St. Paul, MN on July 21, 1980, Luke's interest in law was sparked at a young age, as his father, Mike, was also a practicing attorney. After moving to Menomonie, WI at a young age, Luke attended K-12 within the Menomonie School District, where he excelled both academically and athletically. He was a key player on the undefeated 1997 Menomonie football state championship team, showcasing his leadership and determination. Following his high school graduation in 1998, Luke decided to pursue higher education at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater. However, he soon realized his heart belonged in Northwestern Wisconsin, prompting him to transfer to the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire after his freshman year. During his time at UW-Eau Claire, Luke had the opportunity to study abroad at Southern Cross University in Lismore, Australia, broadening his perspective and cultural awareness. In 2002, he graduated with a bachelor of business administration, setting the stage for his future legal career. Driven by a desire to follow in his father's footsteps, Luke attended William Mitchell College of Law (now Mitchell Hamline) in St. Paul, MN. Throughout law school, he gained valuable experience by clerking for a personal injury attorney and interning at the St. Croix County District Lawyer's office. After passing the Wisconsin Bar Exam in 2005 and the Minnesota Bar Exam in 2006, Luke returned to Menomonie to practice law alongside his father. While based in Menomonie, he handles a wide range of personal injury cases in Eau Claire and throughout Northwestern Wisconsin, advocating for his clients' rights. In his free time, Luke enjoys staying active by participating in softball and volleyball leagues. He also cherishes the time spent with his rescue dog, Hank, whom he adopted in February 2010.
