Retaines and Rates
I provide a modest flat fee for an initial consultation, on a sliding scale: initial long-term care consultation for individuals with $100,000 or less or couples with $200,000 or less (not counting house/car), $395 for 1-2 hours, for those with more, $695. For less comprehensive consultations the fee is $375. Hourly rates $375/hour, staff fees are less. Probate work often involves staff who are typically billed at $150-200/hour. These are 2022 rates.
