About

Lindsey Beaty, a dedicated lawyer in Houston, Texas, has a background in psychology and political science and a passion for helping underprivileged youth. Lindsey Beaty embarked on her journey towards a career in law by first earning her Bachelor of Science in psychology and political science from the University of Houston in 2006. During her time as an undergraduate student, Lindsey devoted her free time to assisting underprivileged inner-city youth through the Harris County Child Protective Services. This experience ignited a passion within her to advocate for at-risk children, leading her to work as a Probation Officer for the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department for eight years. Throughout her tenure as a Probation Officer, Lindsey demonstrated empathy, humility, and a strong work ethic, which ultimately earned her a promotion to the Intensive Supervision Unit. Despite her success in this role, Lindsey felt compelled to further her impact and decided to pursue a law degree from South Texas College of Law in 2014. As a law student, Lindsey gained valuable experience working for various law offices, where she honed her skills in areas such as mass tort, property, and personal injury cases. In her final year of law school, Lindsey joined Arnold & Itkin, focusing on advocating for young men who suffered deformities due to harmful drugs. After being admitted to the Texas Bar in February 2018, Lindsey officially joined Arnold & Itkin as an attorney. Her unwavering passion for justice continues to drive her as she fights for individuals who have been treated unfairly, regardless of their background, education, or economic status. In her personal life, Lindsey finds joy in making music in her studio and spending time at the beach with her family.
