Kevin T. Vagovic is a dedicated lawyer in Daytona Beach, Florida, with a strong commitment to serving his community and protecting legal rights. I am a native Floridian who was raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. From a young age, I was inspired by the U.S. Constitution and the civil rights cases of the 1950s and 60s, which led me to pursue a career in law. My passion lies in helping and serving people when their liberty, freedom, or property are at stake, and ensuring that justice is served. I am a staunch defender of the Constitution and its guarantees, particularly those outlined in the Bill of Rights and subsequent amendments. I received my education at St. Paul\s Catholic School and Father Lopez Catholic High School in Daytona Beach, before attending the University of Florida. The events of 9/11 and the start of the Iraq War prompted me to enlist in the U.S. Marine Corps, where I served with honor and attained the rank of Sergeant before receiving an Honorable Discharge in 2007. Upon returning to Florida, I completed my bachelor\s degree at Flagler College in St. Augustine, graduating magna cum laude. I then pursued my law degree at Florida Coastal School of Law, where I graduated cum laude and ranked in the top 9% of my class. After gaining experience at several small firms in Jacksonville, I returned to Daytona Beach to practice law in my hometown. I am committed to providing effective and, when necessary, aggressive representation to protect the legal rights of my clients. I prioritize excellent customer service and always have my clients\ best interests at heart. I handle each case personally and will be there for you every step of the way.
