Katherine Lucy Dibble, known as Katie, is a skilled lawyer who joined the Workers’ Compensation practice at Lipsitz, Ponterio & Comerford, LLC in 2020. With a strong focus on representing injured workers and their families, Katie is dedicated to helping those who have been affected by workplace injuries. Before joining the firm, Katie spent six years representing employers and insurance carriers in civil litigation, including Workers’ Compensation cases. This experience gave her valuable insight into the other side of these cases, allowing her to better advocate for her clients. In addition to her work in civil litigation, Katie also spent time working for a non-profit organization, where she represented low-income individuals with various housing matters. This experience further deepened her commitment to helping those in need and advocating for justice. Ms. Dibble received her undergraduate degree from Binghamton University and her J.D. from the University at Buffalo School of Law. After law school, Katie dedicated substantial time to practicing Workers’ Compensation Law, handling all aspects of these cases with care and expertise. Katie is grateful for the opportunity to return to the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law and represent injured workers and the families of those who have suffered occupational diseases, such as mesothelioma and lung cancer. Her passion for helping others and her dedication to seeking justice make her a valuable asset to her clients and the legal community.
