Kate J Fitzpatrick is a highly experienced Massachusetts employment lawyer with a diverse background in civil and criminal employment law cases. She has represented clients in state and federal courts, as well as before various employment law agencies. Kate J Fitzpatrick, founder and principal of Doorways Employment Law, has been practicing as a Massachusetts employment lawyer for over a decade. Her interest in workplace dynamics led her to pursue a career in employment law after working in various corporate and organizational settings. Starting her legal career as a civil legal aid lawyer for the poor, Kate went on to become an Assistant Lawyer General in the Fair Labor Division of the Massachusetts Lawyer General\s Office. In this role, she was responsible for enforcing and defending numerous state employment laws until 2014. Throughout her career, Kate has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of employment law matters.
