Bryan joined the McCathern Dallas office in 2016, bringing with him a wealth of experience in various areas of law. His primary focus is on Business and Securities Litigation, where he represents defendants in complex multi-million dollar cases and has successfully recovered millions of dollars for plaintiffs. Mr. Bryan is a proud graduate of the Texas Tech University School of Law in Lubbock, where he excelled academically and was recognized with the American Jurisprudence Award for Advanced Legal Research and Property. He was also a member of Phi Delta Phi, an esteemed international legal honor society. His undergraduate studies were completed at Texas A&M University, where he was actively involved in campus activities such as the Corps of Cadets and Class Councils, earning him the prestigious Buck Weirus Spirit Award during his freshman year. Prior to joining McCathern, Mr. Bryan served in the United States Air Force J.A.G. Corps as a litigator and legal consultant in Germany and Texas. During his time in the Air Force, he tried over 35 cases and held roles overseeing internal investigations and serving as an administrative judge. Mr. Bryan is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas, all U.S. District Courts for Texas, the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, and the Air Force Court of Criminal Appeals. His exceptional legal skills have been recognized by his peers, as he was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in both 2019 and 2020.
