Zielinski graduated from the University of Illinois in 1983 with a bachelor\s degree and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate in 1986. With his extensive experience in civil litigation, he is licensed to practice in both Florida (2001) and Illinois (1986). He has successfully litigated disputes in state and federal courts, including the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Courts for the Middle District of Florida.
