Mr. Tolley\s legal journey began at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2014. During his time in law school, he actively participated in the Nova Trial Association and the Moot Court Society, showcasing his skills in trials and appellate advocacy competitions on a national level. Prior to law school, he completed his Bachelor of Science with a Double Major in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice at the University of Central Florida. After graduating with honors, Mr. Tolley pursued a career as a prosecutor, handling a wide range of felony and misdemeanor cases. He conducted numerous jury trials and quickly advanced to a special unit prosecutor role, focusing on violent first-degree felonies such as attempted murders. Transitioning to private practice, he worked with a Civil Litigation Insurance Defense Firm, representing top-rated insurance carriers including Citizens Property, ASI, ARK Royal, and more. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Tolley remains actively engaged in his community.
