With a strong background in bankruptcy law, Jillian is able to assist her clients with various debtor and creditor issues. Originally from Michigan, Jillian relocated to Arizona in 2009 and began working for a consumer bankruptcy firm. She has experience in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy, as well as debt negotiation. In 2013, Jillian transitioned to private practice and expanded her services to include estate planning and business formation. In addition to her bankruptcy expertise, Jillian has also helped clients with disputes involving probate, trust, and fiduciary matters. She is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families create comprehensive estate plans, private foundations, and charitable trusts. Jillian is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2006. She later attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Jillian is admitted to the Arizona State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She was also admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 2011. In her free time, Jillian enjoys spending time with her family and participating in sports, running, and hiking activities.
