James Michael Morris is a highly experienced lawyer licensed in multiple states and federal courts, specializing in providing General Counsel services to corporations and businesses throughout the United States. James M. Morris was licensed to practice law in Kentucky in May 1995. In addition to Kentucky, he holds licenses in DC, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and various Circuit and Federal Courts of Appeals, as well as several District Courts across the country. With over fifteen years of experience serving as General Counsel for over 30 Temporary Staffing Agencies, Medical Care Provider Organizations, and other companies, James identified a need for specialized legal services for a wide range of businesses. This led him to create a new type of law service tailored to corporations, businesses, and employers nationwide. James now leads the Retained General Counsel Services at Morris & Morris, specifically through the GC Wireless Division.
