Graduating from Indiana University School of Law at Indianapolis in 1991 on a fellowship, Mr. Mullady also spent a year as a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois as part of his legal education. Before pursuing law, he taught social studies in Arcola and Fisher, and served as principal of the National Academy of Arts High School in Champaign for four years. Mr. Mullady excelled academically at Illinois State University, earning a bachelor of science degree in 1974 with a double major in political science and sociology. He furthered his education with a master\s degree in sociology in 1975 and an advanced certificate in education from the University of Illinois in 1980. A member of Phi Delta Kappa and Kappa Delta Pi honorary fraternities, as well as the American, Illinois State, and Champaign County Bar Associations, Mr. Mullady has been actively involved in various legal organizations. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Illinois Pro Bono Center, the Board of Governors of the Champaign County Bar Association, and as Chairman of the Family Law Committee. Recognized for his contributions, Mr. Mullady has been named Lawyer of the Year by the Champaign County Bar Association and received the James L. Capel Jr. Award for outstanding pro bono efforts. His achievements have been highlighted in the Leading Lawyers Network Magazine-Consumer Edition for 2009. Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Mullady enjoys driving vintage sports cars, running, and reading. His diverse background and dedication to the legal profession make him a valuable asset to the Champaign community.
