With a focus on protecting employees\ rights, Mr. Raisner has made significant contributions to the legal field. Mr. Raisner\s most notable achievement was in the case of Czyzewski v. Jevic Holding Corporation, where he represented a 2,000-member class of employees. The Supreme Court\s decision in this case prevented employers from using bankruptcy practices to avoid paying their employees\ wages, setting a precedent for all priority creditors. This landmark ruling earned Mr. Raisner\s WARN Practice Group the title of "Bankruptcy Practice Group of the Year" by Law360.
