Mr. McDougall's adventure inside the field of law, from his time at the University of South Carolina School of Law to organising his own corporation in Beaufort, SC.
Mr. McDougall commenced his felony education on the University of South Carolina School of Law in Fall 1991. During his time there, he excelled academically, making the Dean's List, and pursued independent prison studies in his regions of hobby. He was actively worried in diverse Legal Societies, which include serving as the Legal Research Coordinator for the Student Chapter of the SC Trial Lawyers Association.
After graduating from law faculty in August 1994, Mr. McDougall gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Henry F. Floyd, a State Circuit Court Judge and later a US District Court Judge. In 1996, he moved to Beaufort, SC, wherein he joined the company Daugs, Tedder, Newman & McDougall, that specialize in representing injured victims in a number of cases, such as Serious Injury & Death Claims, Medical Malpractice, and Workers' Compensation Claims.
In July 2007, Mr. McDougall mounted his personal firm, the McDougall LawFirm, focusing on Personal Injury, Medical & Nursing Home Malpractice, and numerous different prison topics. He is understood for his dedication to his customers, supplying expert illustration and aggressively protecting their pursuits.
