She later moved into private practice and served as In-House Counsel for two privately-owned companies, gaining experience in a wide range of legal areas. Throughout her career, Ms. Hooglander has handled cases involving insurance defense, landlord-tenant disputes, business and corporate litigation, employment and labor law, family law, healthcare law, contracts and contract review, social security/disability, and criminal law. In 2008, she founded her own private practice, which has since evolved into the successful Brandon Legal Group.
