He has extensive corporate and employment law experience, counseling businesses on corporate formation, mergers, contracts, and more. Mr. Johnson also has a litigation practice and teaches transactional drafting at George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Johnson is also a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches transactional drafting to upper-level students.
