Mr. Johnson is a co-founder of PCT Law Group and serves as its Managing Member. He has extensive corporate and employment law experience, counseling businesses on corporate formation, mergers, contracts, and more. Mr. Johnson also has a litigation practice and teaches transactional drafting at George Washington University Law School.

Mr. Johnson is a co-founder of PCT Law Group and serves as its Managing Member. With extensive corporate and employment law experience, he advises businesses at all stages of growth on matters such as corporate formation, mergers, business contracts, and employment agreements.

Additionally, Mr. Johnson has served as "General Counsel" for several small and mid-sized companies. He also maintains a litigation practice, focusing on complex commercial disputes, business torts, and employment issues.

Mr. Johnson is also a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the George Washington University Law School, where he teaches transactional drafting to upper-level students.
