Glenn J. Witecki completed his undergraduate studies at the Boston University School of Management, graduating magna cum laude with a B.S.B.A. He furthered his schooling by using earning a Masters Degree from the Philosophy Department on the University of Chicago and acquiring his J.D. from Albany Law School. With over 35 years of experience, Glenn has been practising regulation in Schenectady, NY, focusing on Criminal Defense to begin with and transitioning to Trusts and Estates, Elder Law, and Real Estate for the past 25 years.
As Co-Vice Chair of the Health Care Committee of the Elder Law and Special Needs Section of the New York State Bar Association, Glenn is actively concerned within the criminal community. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Lawyers and contributes to the Schenectady County Bar Association. Glenn has also carried out Continuing Legal Education programs on vital topics which includes the effect of "undue influence" inside the practise of Wills and Trusts.
In addition to his professional commitments, Glenn has offered CLEs for the Elder Law Section of NYSBA on numerous subjects which includes Powers of Attorney, Health Care Decision Making, and Aid in Dying. He has shared his expertise with senior facilities and retirement agencies, offering courtesy consultations for seniors on the Clifton Park Senior Center upon request. Outside of labor, Glenn finds entertainment in woodworking and wordsmithing.
