Gary I. Elias is a seasoned lawyer with over 40 years of experience in handling matters related to Estates, Trusts, and Probate law in Surrogates Court. As a member of both the New York City Bar and New York State Bar Trusts/Estates Committee, as well as the Elder Law Committee, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice.

Elias is also part of the Referral Lawyer Panel for Trusts/Estates and Elder Law for the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and the Brooklyn Bar Association. Gary I.
