Whenever possible, I offer hassle-free flat fee pricing for my services. When you agree to a flat fee, you don’t have to worry about paying extra for emails and phone calls; everything related to your agreed-to services is included in the flat fee. Each pricing plan is specific to each client and the services required to resolve their legal matter. The cost of each representation is determined by a number of factors, including the type of legal issue, the degree of complexity, and time expected to handle the matter. Each pricing plan is fully explained and representation does not begin until the client knows the total cost and agrees to it. When there are multiple potential steps to resolve your legal matter, I ll explain the fees for each and you can choose how to proceed. Even if your matter cannot fit within our flat fee model, I will try to structure your services to be at least partially covered by a flat fee, thus limiting the hourly fee portion of your bill. Most Social Security Disability (SSD), Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Veterans Disability cases are handled on a contingency fee basis. This means you will not be charged attorneys fees unless I obtain benefits for you.
