He started his career at one of New Jersey's largest foreclosure firms, where he quickly gained knowledge of the entire process and the business of foreclosure law. Starting as a processor, he was soon promoted to a team lead and then a supervisor before pursuing a law degree and returning as an attorney.
Throughout his career, Mr. Uhlmann has focused on real estate matters, including mortgage foreclosures, bankruptcy, evictions, and document preparation and review. He has actively litigated various cases, utilizing alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation and loss mitigation. Additionally, he has participated in hearings, oral arguments, and emergent motions.
