Deborah Schwartz has been immersed in the world of securities arbitration since 2004, starting out as a securities paralegal before transitioning to a Claimants’ securities arbitration attorney upon her bar admission in 2010. She joined KlaymanToskes in 2018, where she continues to excel in representing clients in complex securities disputes. In addition to her work in securities arbitration, Deborah also has a wealth of experience in estate and special needs planning, special education advocacy, family law matters, and business contracts. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator specializing in family law cases. Educationally, Deborah earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She then pursued her Juris Doctor degree at Nova Southeastern University’s Shepherd Broad Law Center as a Goodwin Scholar. Despite the challenges of being a single parent to a young child during law school, Deborah excelled in her studies and was recognized for her dedication to pro bono work benefiting seniors.
