Dave Joley, a Fort Wayne native, graduated from Bishop Dwenger High School in 1996. He is licensed to practice law in the Federal Districts of Northern and Southern Indiana, as well as the State of Indiana. With a focus on Worker’s Compensation, Personal Injury, and Family Law, Mr. Joley also specializes in Criminal Defense. Mr. Joley has been a member of various prestigious legal organizations, including the National College for DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and NORML. He is also a past member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, American Inns of Court, Benjamin Harrison Chapter, and the American, Indiana, and Allen County Bar Associations. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University and a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Joley is qualified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and has completed trial advocacy training at the Trial Practice Institute sponsored by the Indiana Public Defender Council. He has also attended various seminars and training sessions, including the National College of DUI Defense in Cambridge, the Federal Sentencing Guidelines Seminar in Salt Lake City, and the National Forensic College in New York City. Mr. Joley has represented clients in trial courts, the Court of Appeals, the Indiana Supreme Court, and administrative hearings before the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
