David Brill is the managing attorney of BRILL & RINALDI, The Law Office in Daytona Beach, Florida. He also serves as co-counsel with the Miami-based law office of Crewmember & Maritime Advocacy Center, P.A. David\s legal career began in the Office of the State Lawyer in and for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami, where he gained valuable experience as a Certified Legal Intern and later as an Assistant State Lawyer. During his time there, he successfully tried six jury trials as an Intern and handled numerous bench proceedings and jury trials as an Assistant State Lawyer. After leaving the State Lawyer\s Office in 1996, David focused on plaintiffs\ civil trial practice, specializing in areas such as land-based and admiralty/maritime personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and class action litigation. He has over a decade of experience in prosecuting admiralty/maritime matters, including Jones Act, unseaworthiness, Wage Act, maintenance and cure, and Longshore and Harbor Workers\ Compensation 905(b) and 933 claims and suits. These matters are a significant part of the practice at BRILL & RINALDI, The Law Office. In addition, Crewmember & Maritime Advocacy Center, P.A. exclusively represents crewmembers of cruise line vessels in Jones Act, unseaworthiness, Wage Act, and maintenance and cure claims and suits. David is highly respected in his field and holds the position of President of the Florida Admiralty Trial Lawyers Association (FLATLA). He is also a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). David\s exceptional legal skills have earned him an "AV" rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available.
