Transitioning into the legal field, Dave began his legal career at Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads in Philadelphia. As an attorney, he specializes in representing broadcasters and other creative professionals, negotiating contracts at various levels within the industry, from local news to national networks. Additionally, Dave serves as a civil litigator for clients in government, business, and individuals, with a focus on First Amendment defense work for broadcasters and publishers. Drawing from his background in journalism and media, Dave assists his clients in navigating interactions with the news media, whether it involves disseminating their message or managing a public legal crisis. He has also shared his expertise as an adjunct professor of Contract Drafting at Villanova Law School and has been involved in the Alumni Advisory Board of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
